well well well. back in evansville after a very uneventful spring break in lowell. so pretty much nobody was home when i was. everyone from usi went on trips but ME. and no other school in this solar system had the same break as us. i was forced to hang out with JULIE. ugh. haha. just kidding. i was so happy to spend time with one of my best friends!
friday night i got to see tina who was home for the weekend. we watched the junior miss tape from senior year. boy is that some funny shit! we were laughing the entire time. how embarrassing. i miss high school so much. oh we watched our graduation video too. THAT is sad. i cant believe it's been three years! everyone looks so young in that tape.
i also got to watch the tape of showcase 2001. now THAT brought back some great memories. bethy, jess, or em, if you read this, do you know how lucky we were to be in that kick ass choir? we were the FOUNDING members of Premiere Distinction!!! i think we took it for granted. ok, so maybe our choir couldnt quite measure up to crete monee...
but what other choir in the world will ever have mike vitoux's antics (ronnie dig my clothes here boy), nick collum's facial expressions (while sitting in class), or those spangly dresses? only us girls could get away with wearing gorilla masks during dress rehearsals, taking pictures of andy during class (with the flash) while he's trying to yell at us, or responding to his requests for "more party noise" in songs by screaming out phrases like "Where's the chips!" oh and Ruphio at Crete Monee of course! please dont get me started on fridays in the little theater with mrs. hughes and her dance classes. i will never be able to hear "Kiss from a rose" by Seal again without thinking of weird stretching and leaping.
ok enough about old times! im sure no one cares anyways. well i think im gonna do some reading then go to bed. goodnight everyone!!!!
